OMSS Zoom Meetings
The Ontario Model Soldier Society (OMSS) holds monthly Zoom Meetings. This enables OMSS members living anywhere in the world to participate in monthly OMSS meetings.
Unless posted otherwise on Facebook, OMSS monthly Zoom Meetings take place on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m., Eastern Time.

Anyone wishing to receive an invitation to the Zoom Meeting should send an email--requesting an email invitation--to Thompson_robert@rogers.com.
Non-members are encouraged to obtain an invitation to an OMSS Zoom Meeting and to join these meetings.

Box Art presentation
Many OMSS Zoom Meetings contain excellent presentations. In the first quarter of 2024 Ottawa chapter member Robert Thompson made a presentation on Box Art by Toy Soldier Makers.
James Opie talks toy soldiers
In the first quarter of 2024 the hosts of the OMSS Zoom meetings were delighted to have a very special guest, author James Opie from the United Kingdom.

Mr. Opie has written numerous books on the subject of toy soldiers.
During his 75-minute presentation at this Zoom Meeting Mr. Opie talked about toy soldiers and showed many slides from his personal toy soldier collection.

This Zoom Meeting was recorded and subsequently the Ontario Model Soldier Society's YouTube channel created a 5-part series containing all the footage from this wonderful presentation by James Opie.
