Ottawa Meetings

The Ontario Model Soldier Society (OMSS) has an active chapter that meets monthly in the Ottawa area.

The meetings are held at the Barley Mow pub located at 1541 Merivale Road, in Nepean, Ontario.

The meetings are typically held on the last Tuesday of the month beginning at 7:00 p.m.  You can confirm the date of these meetings by visiting the "OMSS Ottawa" Facebook Group.

The Ottawa chapter of the Ontario Model Soldier Society hold their monthly meetings at the Barley Mow pub in Nepean, Ontario.

The Ottawa chapter of the OMSS meets in a private room located at the rear of the Barley Mow pub.

OMSS members are encouraged to bring items from their personal collection for Show and Tell.

A club for toy soldier collectors in Ottawa

Attending meetings of the Ottawa chapter of the Ontario Model Soldier Society is a great way for toy soldier collector enthusiasts to share their passion with like-minded individuals.

There are plenty of opportunities for club members to acquire toy soldiers at very favourable prices.

Members of the OMSS Ottawa  chapter have been featured in a significant number of videos on the Ontario Model Soldier Society YouTube channel.

No member of the Ottawa chapter of OMSS has appeared in more videos on the OMSS YouTube channel than Scott Paget who has his own YouTube channel, Scott's Soldiers.

Brendan Hogan was featured in the video about why Napoleon lost at the Battle of Waterloo.

Juan Lopez of Juan's One-Sixth Exclusives was the special guest on the video about his incredible collection of One-Sixth WWII figures.

Scott Paget has been interviewed on a variety of topics on several videos appearing on the OMSS YouTube channel.

Bob Thompson was the featured guest on a video about Box Art by Toy Soldier Makers.

​

A special thanks goes to Bob Thompson--who as the host of OMSS Zoom Meetings--has been the source of some terrific footage for videos appearing on the OMSS YouTube channel, including a 5-part series with author James Opie.
